K-12 Manager, Hire Local DC
Organizational Overview: CityWorks DC’s mission is to dramatically improve the early career outcomes of DC youth and young adults by creating innovative programs and by mobilizing employers, educators, and city leaders to create a local, diverse talent pipeline. Hire Local DC (HLDC), a coalition led by CityWorks DC (CWDC) and the Federal City Council (FC2), is focused on achieving two inextricably linked goals:
- Youth and young adults of our city are prepared for, hired into, and succeeding in the good jobs we have in our city and region.
- Local industries are confidently relying on local talent to meet their workforce needs.
